I was told if I decided after the purchase of my vehicle that if I did not want the service package that I would be able to cancel and be reimbursed. Cost is an extra $150 per month for 60 month term. This package covers nothing they said it would and now refuses to honor the cancellation and reimbursement.

I went from leasing to purchasing my vehicle on 6-21-22. I was told that I was getting gap, rewards, dent or chipped paint, if the windshield cracked, I wouldn't have to pay they would fix it. I was never once told that it was going to cost a price. Which i should have known it wouldn't be free but i didn't. I wasn't told that the gap would cost me 895.00, the rewards would cost 499.00, the dent and that stuff (didn't even had a name) until I looked at my paperwork and found out that it is ****** select costed me 999.00 and the ****** comprehensive costed me 3,299.00. The salesperson new that I was trying to keep my payments low, so I would have never agreed to all this extra stuff. I did sign the papers for the extra stuff but wasn't told what I was signing, just to sign here, here, here, etc. Yes, it took accouple months to look at my paperwork but that is because life got busy. I would like this taken off my loan. My price of vehicle was for 17,189, I put 2,500 down and with all the extras that I didn't know I was signing for my loan was taken out for 21,816.16. My appointment was for 1pm, she was with someone, so I didn't get back till late and by the time we were done it was after 6pm closing, and she rushed through the paperwork because another employee was waiting to take her home. I feel deceived, taken advantaged of for the first time by myself purchasing a vehicle and I would them to fix their wrong. I did not try to resolve it with them first.

Good Afternoon, attached please find documents showing the purchase order for ***************************** showing options purchased and signed for.  We certainly can cancel any options purchased (proceeds will be sent to bank to reduce the Principle on loan, will not change monthly payment).  Customer will need to go to dealership so we can record current mileage and sign cancellation documents at that time.  Please let me know any further information required.

    Thank you,
