    Paid ****** Sabella, now doing business as precision decks and renovation, $2175. deposit for two retaining walls and footer repair. All I got after he cashed the check was the run around. He was blaming the company that he said he ordered the materials from, although he couldn't name the company. That was a lie. I contacted them and they never heard of him. I left messages for him on his new cell number for a refund. He totally ghosted me. I want my money back. He is now located at **********************************Weatherly, PA. His newest phone number is ************

    Please see below for my detailed timeline of events. The last I have heard from Daniel is 1/17/23. He has not responded to any of my attempts to contact him and he has both my deposit and my door. I am seeking either a refund of my deposit or the door he ordered and the balance of my deposit. Date Event 10/24/22 Signed contract and provided $4,050 deposit 10/28/22 Check was cashed 11/11/22 Requested light be installed before the 8 week wait for the door 11/18/22 After no date provided, followed up with Dannie 11/27/22 Dannie came out to install the light but did not bring the appropriate ladder. Prior to this, Dannie was here twice and saw where the light was going. The morning of, he requested pictures and I told him the ceiling height was at least 20 ft and provided photos of the area. He was unable to install due to the ladder being too short. Dannie said he would be in contact within 2 days to reschedule. 11/30/22 Reached out to see when we could reschedule and rescheduled for December 5th 12/5/22 Dannie came and installed light. Scraped the wall with the ladder and light was hung crooked. When I pointed out that the light was crooked, I was told that the light would "settle" and if repairs were needed, he would do it when he came to do the door in January. He was also going to do the ceiling touch up when he replaced the door. 12/14/22 Called to cancel contract based upon quality of light installation. Left a voicemail at 2pm on ###-###-####. Dannie called back and stated that I need to send certified letter with reasoning/pictures to 124 Rocky Lane, Blakeslee, PA 18610. He will mail or deliver the check once the certified letter is received. He may deliver so I can sign off on his paperwork. It will take no longer than 7 business days for him to process the refund once the certified letter is received. 12/16/22 Mailed certified letter Tracking #: ********************. Scheduled for delivery 12/19 12/19/22 Delivery of certified letter attempted by USPS but no authorize recipient available 1/2/23 Certified letter was returned as Dannie did not accept it. Texted Dannie a copy of the letter today at 10:23am and informed him I expected my funds to be returned within 7 business days. 1/4/23 No response to my text so I texted again at 9:03am asking him to confirm receipt and verify that my funds would be returned in 7 business days. 1/5/23 No response again so I texted at 10:13am asking him to confirm my message was received and that my funds would be returned. I also let him know if I did not receive a response by EOD today (1/5), I would be contacting my attorney and filing a claim. 1/5/23 Dannie responded and said that the door would be in on January 10th. He will determine what can be done and agreed that he will get back to me by January 12th with a breakdown of what he thinks he should refund me from my payment. 1/12/23 Did not receive the cost breakdown by Dannie by the agreed upon date 1/13/23 Texted Dannie to see when I should expect the breakdown. He responded to say I should have it tonight or this weekend (1/14-1/15) 1/16/23 Dannie texted (in the morning) to let me know that I should have the cost breakdown by tonight 1/17/23 Dannie provided the breakdown in the early morning hours. I requested he send me a copy of the purchase order as well as the **** ***** return policy in writing before making a decision. Need to note that he said my initial deposit was $4,025 when it was $4,050 so $25 should be added to any refund 1/22/23 Texted Dannie to ask for status of purchase order information as I received no response to my 1/17 email

    July 12, 2022 I paid 7000.00 cash first installment to a 11500.00 job that was to be performed by Dannie S******. I was told 7000.00 was needed up front to gather the supplies/materials. Dannie S****** was to add to existing deck and remove and replace kitchen countertops, sink and faucet. Dannie S****** partially completed adding to the deck. The kitchen counters were never completed. July 23, 2022 upon the first day of completed work, I paid via check another 2000.00 to Mr. S******. Mr. S****** has returned one other time in early August 2022 to do a little more work. On the last day he was here he packed up the tools he was housing in my shed, he left but stated he would be back the following Monday. Mr. S****** has not returned. I have an incomplete deck ( no railings at all, decking not completely nailed own and front of the house deck not completed at all. I do not have any railings or enough materials left to do the deck myself. Mr. S****** did not leave all the supplies for completion.
