This contractor was paid to do a deck and replace railings as well as pour a concrete slab. He was paid for everything except the final payment of the railings. He took 3 months to do the deck, he promised 3 weeks. He never did the concrete slab, railings or stairs. He took over $10,000.00 of our money! It cost us $20,000.00 to have someone come in and do the jobs that he was supposed to do because our home was left unsafe! He left a dumpster's worth of trash that we had to pay to have hauled away, and did the clean-up of it ourselves. We are older with health problems...it was not easy! ***** ******* broke promise after promise. Lied outright to us and scammed us out of our money! He even took pictures of the deck he half finished from angels that you could not tell it was half finished and used them on his website! We posted our job on Angie's List. He was supposedly in good standing with them....but I guess not. This guy has to be stopped!

I hired Glenn P****** (Pitt Crew Contractors) for a basement project that started 9/21/2022. Today is 11/16/2022 and my basement is left unfinished. I gave him so many chances to complete the project. A LOT OF CHANCES! Last chance was today. I took off work to discuss with him how to proceed because he texted me yesterday that he is coming today, 11/16/2022. Of course, he did not arrive nor did he returned my text messages. Glenn Pittius constantly lies and makes excuses for just about everything. I have compiled all the text messages we exchanged through the duration of the project. I have a copy of all the checks issued and electronic money transfer through Zelle. All of these documents I submitted to the attorney general's office. We signed a contract for $12500. Duration was supposed to be 3-4 weeks. Payment terms was supposed to be: 1. $6250 downpayment to buy materials to start the project (I issued 2 checks $5000 and $1250 on 9/14/2022) 2. $3125 midway through the project (I issued check 9/29/2022) 3. $3125 after project completion On 10/19/2022, he asked for $1500 (I transferred through Zelle) to apparently purchase materials. I already gave him more than enough for materials!!! He has been asking for another $1000 but I no longer want to give out money. Very little work has been done since then. I gave him so many chances to complete the project and he abused my kindness. I warned him about taking him to court so many times. Last chance was today 11/16/2022. This has caused me so much mental stress.
