      on December 12 I paid ********************* the full amount of $14,987.49 to remove old shingles and replace any warped or rotten ply and replace old with new shingle.they were also supposed to replace gutters and down spouts, soffit, drip edge, fascia, f channel and install a new ridge vent. He told me he will send me a receipt. when i didnt get it right away he i asked him to send it. He texted me a screenshot of a receipt and said since he was driving he'd send a proper one when he gets back. He never did. the text receipt has since disappeared from the text thread. the next day they the roof was installed except for a portion of the cap shingles.after not hearing from *** after that i texted him and asked when the job would be completed. He said they were bending the metal for the fascia and said it will be done asap. after not receiving a call of text after that i asked again when it would be completed. He said I'm on the schedule for the following week. When they didn't show up I texted again and got no response, I called him and the office several times. He won't pick up and the office # goes to voice mail.I began researching his company more and found multiple complaints similar to mine.There is no invoice or job # on the work order which was approved Dec 9th 2022.

      Tim and his company were hired in May 2022 to extend our rear deck, install a roof over it, re-shingle our entire house, as well as re-side the entire house. The deck was the first phase, and after MANY failed inspections by the codes officer (as required per our permit-which Tim never contacted them to do) the inspector questioned Tim if his crew was actually capable of completing the work. Tim already had 75% of the TOTAL project amount from us and we just wanted the materials ordered and work complete. By the end of July we STILL didn’t have a deck to pass inspection, and by mid August my husband finally fired this company and had to fight to get any of our money back from Tim. We have ruined materials we are stuck with (see photos) and expenses because of them. Tim finally did give us some of our money back, but we now have to hire a real professional to remove and redo EVERYTHING H&F couldn’t do. We have ruined grass, mud pits and ruined materials and NOTHING to show for this project with them. We are not the only customer he took advantage of—others have come forward. This company should NOT be in business and I feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t do their due diligence to review their actual work done (if there is any) and see for themselves what they could be getting into. Sad. Very sad and embarrassing that there are companies that do this to homeowners.
