    Entered into an agreement in early 2022 to have Fusion Homes build me a modular home. Everything was going smoothly until the house showed up. 1. They never ordered the proper front porch which delayed the build 2 months. 2. They didn’t put a drain in the basement floor like the invoice said to do. 3. They wrote down the wrong weight on a superior wall for a load bearing beam and had to cut my brand new concrete, pour a footer and then install a post to support the beam when the invoice clearly says no posts in this area. 4. The HVAC company they hired took 4 months to compete the job delaying the build and costing me thousands in rent. 5. The invoice said perimeter drain to daylight, but they did only a perimeter drain around the house and ran it to a pump and now when it rains I get 4-5 inches of water in my brand new basement. This is a very expensive fix because you can dig around the half walls of the front porch and garage at the risk of undermining the concrete.
