      Good2go removed approximately $250.dollars from my account on 7/723 Wich was due 7/10/23.l closed policy on 7/12/23. I have not received my Money back.

      Dear *** *******:

      We are in receipt of your request in regards to the above-listed complaint dated August 16, 2023. *** ******** expressed concerns on the regarding not receiving the refund. Please note that complaint received was in American Independent Insurance Company and that Company does not handle *** ********’s policy. The complaint should be moved to Personal Service Insurance Company.

      The policy cancelled on July 14, 2023, and the refund check was mailed on August 24, 2023. We apologize for the delay as the Company attempts to process all refunds within 30 days.

      We regret that the service experience received was less than adequate. It is the company’s expectation that we provide satisfactory service to our customers in all situations. We apologize for any miscommunication and frustration that may have been experienced.

      My car was involved in an accident in November with a client from AMERICAN INDEPENDENT INS. That client ran a red light and hit my car. Investigators from AMERICAN INDEPENDENT INSURANCE CO went to my car at the garage where it was taken after the accident. They deemed my car as totaled. They did not leave any paperwork for the incident. I haven't heard anything from this company! No working phone numbers! I'm told I still have to pay insurance premiums until they put in the system my car is totaled. As of this day I still haven't heard anything from this Insurance Company. I'm OUT of a car and still paying premiums. My insurance company is ******* ******.
