      I am trustee & personal representative for ************* & ***********************. ******* passed away in Dec 20. I sent notification by mail to Unisys, who was sending his pension check in the mail monthly. I attempted numerous times to set up direct deposit for *******. They told me I had to fax in POA, which I did and they never responded despite frequent calls from me. In Nov 22, ******* received notice that Unisys was withholding checks because she had not been cashing them, though I had deposited all checks to her bank. I attempted to contact Unisys again and they told me they would not communicate with me without receiving POA which I had faxed to them as they instructed. ******* suffered severe dementia and was not able to communicate on the phone. I was the trustee for *******'s estate and had a full POA for *******.In Mar 23, ******* passed away. I have communicated numerous times with Unisys and they have repeatedly requested documentation which I provided. The last request was proof that I was the legal representative of the estate. I sent that and they schedule phone conversations on two separate occasions several weeks apart to call me and update that it was still under review. Months have now gone by with no communication. I have requested that they move to written communication via mail or email but they refuse. They owe *******'s estate backpay for the pension from the November 2022 notice through her death in March 2023. I am the trustee for her trust and the legal representative for the estate and have proven so by faxing them this documentation repeatedly. Additionally, we sent a letter, as instructed on their website, to query why my wife ***** has not received notice of being the final beneficiary on the pension. ******* informed ***** that he appointed her the final beneficiary in 2011. Unisys has not responded.
