Our kitchen was remodeled at the beginning of 2023. During the design phase, I was very clear that we wanted durable products knowing they had to keep up with 3 growing rambunctious children. Remodelocity assured us that the products were strong and durable and that they would come to fix any problems, like cabinets coming loose as covered by their guarantee. Our problems are as follows:Flooring was not installed under or flush with our fireplace, nor was molding installed to cover the gaps. Within weeks the cabinets started chipping. I reached out for the touch-up kit with no response. After 3 months the trash can track came off, I was obligated to fix that myself due to needing the trash out of reach (darn dog). An island cabinet hinge loosened and has been a problem since. This began the show the poor quality products and work that was done. More cabinets have loosened or tilted since and the first cabinet door fell off completely in November. About a year after installation the floor chipped in a spot that we addressed as a concern during installation. The concern raised was the raised/dropped spots in the flooring. We were told this could not be fixed due to how the house settled but shouldn't cause a problem long term. The Oven was not hooked up to the generator but the Hood was. We did not discover this until a prolonged power outage. We chose to keep our faucet since it had been replaced shortly before. It was broken and replaced with a subpar model which did not have the features we required.A light is not well connected and is more often out than on. A phone **** was installed and not covered. We would not have had this installed if consulted and the fact that it is exposed causes regular frustration. This was brought up and we were told it would be covered. The additional outlets overload the circuits regularly. This was not a problem before the remodel and if additional breakers were needed we would have added them during the project.
