I purchased insurance on a car from a dealership but wasnt able to obtain the vehicle. I paid for 3 months of insurance on a car I didnt own without realizing. When I contacted customer ********************** I was told to send them a letterhead from the dealership to receive a full refund. I received a small portion back and when I called again to question this, I was spoken to very rudely by a representative and they said how do you not know youre paying for something for 3 months. I had a few deaths in my family during that time span. I just want all the money I spent on a car I never owned returned back to me. I have sent multiple emails and no one calls me or has responded to any emails.Business Response

I became a customer of Good 2Go Auto ********************** in October 2024 every month. I have a problem paying my bill. They have an option online pay through an E check for free for no convenience fees. That option seems to always be down online. Ive called several times. Ive emailed several timesthey do not take care of the problem. The only thing that they will do is Let me use a debit card and charge me a five dollar convenience fee every month. I dont have extra money to pay on top of the bill for the money that I ******** I said, I have been emailing them since December about this and every month its a different excuse last month. They just took the option off Of their website and told everyone that if they want Any kind of discount they have to sign up for automatic payment.Business Response

I purchased car insurance online on ************************** 12/18/2024 ($166). I only had the insurance for about a week 12/24/2024 before I needed to cancel it due to not receiving the car I had on file. Cancellation was easy however, I was never notified of a pro rated refund. I then proceeded to contact Good2Go which was like pulling teeth. I spent a week+ attempting to either get a call back or get a human on the phone. Eventually I was able to speak to someone who told me I would receive the refund for an amount of $133 and it was processing. It has now been close to a month and still no refund has been deposited. After reading all the horrible customer reviews on the ******************** website I realized this company is a scam and I probably wont be receiving any refund at all.Business Response

On Tuesday, Oct 22nd, I requested tow assistance, which is included in my policy with Good2Go. Despite multiple attempts to reach your team, I received no response. As a result, my vehicle was towed by a third-party service (Robs Towing, *******, **), and I incurred $540 in towing, wenching, and storage fees, which I have paid and documented.Good2Go committed to providing tow services as part of my coverage but failed to do so, and I am seeking reimbursement for these out-of-pocket expenses. I started a new policy with this company that Ive been with eight years. There was a mistake and they took out $440 of my money so I canceled that policy and started a new one to take the correct amount out which is 115 they decided to keep, the $440 for any remaining balances that I had and I have not seen my money cents. Its an absolute fraud and Im doing everything with my bank to get my money back. I will be reviewing this company on yelp on the Better Business Bureau everything I could possibly do to get my money back from this fraud company.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I had no knowledge of any balances or late bills at all nor did I get any paper mail or email detailing these things so they just decided to charge my card of a policy that they did incorrectly and Kept my money even saying that my bsalances was exactly 440 dollars they were wrong about that also they lied about that . I have yet to hear from a supervisor or anyone still for this day and I was told it takes 24 to 72 hours to hear from anyone except the one claiming she was supervisor but wasnt

I sent you all the paperwork that I was not paying the amount of $33.91 . I told the representative from good to go auto insurance that I was canceling my insurance and she told me it was gonna be canceled anyway and she told me that I didn't owe anything. She was also very rude
