      Omni Property Management's operator, ****** *********, and her relative, ******, lied to us in order to get us to sign a lease with them and then repeatedly acted in bad faith once the lease had been signed before we even moved in. The problems only increased after moving in. We were promised a full professional cleaning of the home before we moved in; it never happened even after I raised that issue to ****** within 72 hours of moving in. We were told that multiple parts of the home (e.g. shower doors, cracks in paint in walls, electrical maintenance in the top floor, etc.) would be repaired or renovated as a condition of us signing the lease; few of these things came to fruition and took months to complete, while the vast majority were simply never done. We've filed multiple maintenance requests via their online portal that have never been addressed. Our basement has flooded several times. We were charged $75 to hook up our washer and dryer without warning after the installation team we'd hired said there were electrical issues that prevented the install and ******** electrical maintenance guy, ***, spent less than 2 minutes plugging it in. ****** herself rarely responded to our requests and hasn't returned any calls or texts in months, either to her business line or personal phone number. We suspect that we are blocked on the latter. Google reviews indicate that this is a pattern of behavior and make it apparent that ****** and ****** lure tenants in with false promises and fails to act in good faith as a landlord once the tenant has signed a lease/moved in.

      We received the correspondence regarding complaints made in reference to case ID ********.  We have, in good faith, gone out of our way to accommodate each and every request made despite the claims that he made in his complaint. We have since resolved all open issues and he has signed the paperwork to move out.  We consider this matter to be resolved.  I hope this email satisfies your request to respond to complaint ID ********.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
       
      This business may claim that they attempted to resolve everything in good faith, but they have not. As soon as we told them we were interested in moving out, they made no further attempts to resolve any of our issues any further. Every member of this company is a bold-faced liar who should not be trusted.
