    ABOUT PROPERS FLORIST & GREENHOUSE I HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS SUPPOSEDLY COMPANY! I LOST TRACK OF THE NUMBER OF TIMES THAT MY FAMILY & I PAID FOR SERVICES, THEN FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE NOT RENDERED. THE SERVICES INVOLVED WERE PLANTING OUR FAMILY CEMETERY LOTS WHICH SOME WERE NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR US TO WALK TO OURSELVES. THE OWNER ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT INSTEAD SHE JUST KEPT THE MONEY SAYING THAT SHE WAS ‘TOO BUSY’. THEY ARE ‘COMMITTED’ (AS THEY SHOULD BE) TO OFFERING ONLY THE FINEST FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS & GIFTS, BACKED BY SERVICE THAT IS FRIENDLY & PROMPT... FOR ‘SOME’ OF THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO THEY FEEL ARE IMPORTANT... FOR THOSE WHO WERE UNKNOWINGLY PUT ON A BLACKLIST FOR YEARS... THEIR PROFESSIONAL STAFF IS DEDICATED TO MAKING YOUR EXPERIENCE A TRIP TO HELL !!! ?? ?? (BUT ONLY IF IT IS THEIR TURN TO HARASS YOU). THAT IS WHY THEY ALWAYS GO THE EXTRA MILE TO: JUDGE YOUR FAMILY & MAKE YOUR FLORAL GIFT ACCORDINGLY: THEY MAY EVEN BE ABLE TO LET YOU: BABYSIT SOME OTHER WOMAN’S VALENTINES DAY FLOWERS ?? ?? ??     Dear ***** Fire,I'm so confused by all your false statements. You have come to our shop and we have pleased you for several years. I'm extremely confused by your comment that your services were not rendered. We have absolutely done all you paid us to do. I have went above and beyond for you, saving certain flowers you picked for your family stones, which is a policy that is not feasible. Placing them beyond the popsicle sticks you place for me yearly, for the statue you will be placing. You came into our shop this spring stating your "nutcase" bother moved your parents edging 2", and you wanted me to go fix that. I did my job correctly and to your approval, I am unsure how your anger was turned to us. ALL of my customers are important to me. We do go above and beyond. Its truly sad to put down a small business that works so hard. My only wish is I could post the pictures of the beautiful stones that are planted. I wish you well.
