      My girlfriend's house was stuck by lightning, frying multiple appliances, including her hot water heater. I wasn't living here at that time so I didn't see the installation of the new hot water heater by Abba. I am in the construction field , and I have NEVER seen a plumbing company use galvanized steel pipe as a water feed line to a hot water heater. But Abba plumbing however, did. So needless to say, after a few years the pipe rusted and caused a leak. This was on the expansion tank which should've been done with either copper, brass, cpvc, or Pex. So eventually the pipe leaking caused extensive damage to the tank itself, causing IT to leak. This hot water heater was only eight years old and we had to replace it. Almost 3000 dollars, of which I really couldn't afford for I am currently out of work on injury. I just wanted people to know what kind of business this is. My girlfriend didn't know any better, and they took advantage of that fact.
