    My wife made a trip to ** for a quick family meal. She had to leave the drive thru because they were not accepting credit cards at the drive thru for some reason. She entered the building and placed an order at the counter with a female employee. When her to go order was ready, a different female called her name and handed her the bags. My wife ordered a specialized sandwich (no mayo). When she got home her food was not in the bags. She was too tired and angry to drive back to the business. I immediately contacted ** through their website. I provided all of the information, including a pic of the receipt. I made sure to let them know that '*******' who was logged in on the register did not help my wife. They attempted to provide an online coupon. I do not have a cell phone, so this was worthless. They said they couldn't help me because it's a franchise. I requested an elevation to a Supervisor. They offered a larger online coupon. Told them I don't care if they offer a million dollar coupon, I cannot access it. They pushed me off to the franchisee (GPS Hospitality). They requested all of the same information that BK did. They then required me to give the same information via email. I've been ignored pretty much for 6 weeks over a $9 dollar meal. All I want is the money that they took from my wife for a service/item that they never provided. Honestly, I think this amounts to theft since I promptly reported it and provided receipt proof. This company knows, to the minute, where to look at their internal cameras to see that their employees never placed the food in the bag. I cannot imagine how many other customers have been robbed of their money and then simply ignored. I refuse to be that customer. Please help.

    Upon threat of involving your organization, the company in question contacted my wife and proceeded to issue the refund that I had been asking for since 9/11/24 after I had already made my complaint with you.  Thank you for your time, you won this for me based on reputation alone.
