Ordered 2 dressers. Had to call to change the order to another model. When the item showed up, only 1 of 2 were shipped, 2 weeks later. **************** supervisor admitted that ********************+Beam had failed to tell me that the item I switched to was backordered, and now I can't move in to my home after weeks. I have to wait another two weeks. Was only offered a weak apology, and they would not give me a discount despite their error. The *** claimed "it said on the website that the item was backordered." I order a table from them. the color was was Coastal White. It was mostly brown, with yellow and pink and very littly white. I tried to return it and they wanted me to pay for the shipping. It is not worth it to me to do that. It is a win/win situation for them. If you need pictures I will will reopen the box again take pictures and send them to you. ORDER PB64267 I am reporting this fraudulent company with false advertising . I ordered a table. When it arrived 75% of the parts were missing. I immediatly contacted them and got a response that a refund was being processed. So I disposed of the broken wood part I received as it could not be used since the rest of the table was missing. Then fast forward a week later (after they already said they were refunding me) they then asked for a picture. I informed them they never asked for pictures 7 days earlier when they says they would refund me. Then I started getting rude , condescending emails from them saying they wound only offer a replacement. I told them I want my refund to my credit card as promised. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Plank+Beam regarding a recent purchase experience that has been unsatisfactory and unresponsive.On March 5, 2024, I placed an order (Order No. PBPB32327) for a dining table through Plank+Beam's website. Unfortunately, upon its delivery on March 8, 2024, the table arrived severely damaged. I immediately contacted Plank+****'s customer service to report the issue and request a replacement.Despite multiple assurances over several weeks that a replacement table would be shipped promptly, I have yet to receive any concrete updates or the replacement table itself. This prolonged delay and lack of resolution are unacceptable.Furthermore, I have become aware through my own investigation and interactions with other customers that delayed resolutions and poor customer service are common issues with ********************+Beam.Therefore, I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter swiftly and amicably. I placed an order for replacement parts for a bed I ordered through Plank + Beam, some of this order was covered under warranty and some was not. Its been over a month since the order was placed and the shipping was paid, but I keep getting told that the replacement parts are out of stock and they have no idea when they will ship. I ordered a dining room table and matching bench from plank + beam on 8/11/23. I received the table and bench on 8/20/23. The table was severely damaged and dinged up on EVERY piece of the table. Plus when you wipe the table with a cloth it wiped off the finish. Also the top of the table was a completely different finish than the legs of the table. I contacted the company with pictures and requested a return & refund. After 2 weeks of trying to get them to respond to me via email they said to dispose of the table they sent me and that they'd send me a replacement table. I specified that I DID NOT want a replacement and wanted a refund and that I was happy to return/donate the damaged table whatever they wanted. They completely ignored me and without any shipping notification or conversation a new table showed up on my door. This table is ALSO damaged and I emailed them for the 5th time in a row without any response from them. They are outright ignoring me. I have 2 VERY damaged tables that I cannot use and will have to pay to dispose of. I want a refund and they are of NO HELP to pursue this.
