    I was going through wbkhealth for 2 years with never any issue. My last appointment at 10:45 November 28th I have paid $165 for my appointment and a $35 counseling fee. During my appointment I was discriminated against by their African-American provider after she had thought she had put me on hold saying that she has dealt with white guys like me before while I was only trying to rely on them for my medication. I was called by a supervisor telling me they were dropping me as a patient and would not refund my purchase after not being given my service. He threatened me telling me that his lawyers would crush me and that there is nothing I could do.

    Management was contacted yesterday morning when the moment occurred regarding a patient that was being disrespectful and recalcitrant. The patient was given notice and warning at his previous appointment (28 days ago) that he was non-compliant and needed to regain compliance prior to his next appointment on Nov. 28th. The patient remained non-compliant his next appointment and as a result did not like the penalty that was levied. This resulted in the patient yelling, using profanity, and racial slurs (the patient is a white male, the provider he saw today is a black female). We do not tolerate aggressive and disrespectful actions toward our staff. We immediately notified the patient that yesterday (Nov. 28th) would be his last appointment with us and that he was being discharged from our care. The patient was still provided the care and service that he paid for so he was not refunded.

    In regards to their previous statement saying that I was not in compliance to treatment. 30 days previous I was never told I needed to take a drug test for that month or the following month. When I sat for my appointment yesterday the provider told me she had told me already I needed a drug test that previous appointment which she did not she said that I had to have one every month for the past 6 months witch I had not. Had one in the previous two months so how would I know I would need one that month. I had not gotten my services I had not gotten my prescription required for my payment that had made so how could I have gotten my service needed for the payment if I didn't get my prescription that the appointment was set for so how could they possibly deny my refund if I did not get the service required. I am a white male and at no point in time made any statements of race religion sexual orientation at no point in time that I use any derogatory terms towards the provider or use curse words towards the provider. The provider put me on hold thinking that I couldn't hear her and the doctor speaking while I was on hold the video was black but I could hear every word she said she began to use derogatory and discriminatory words against my ethnicity when I spoke up after hearing her call me a "white boy that she's dealt with guys like me before and that I was a piece of s**"she realized her mistake flipped on the camera again and then hurried up to turn off the video and the audio at no point said anything about her color of her skin or called her anything outside of ma'am. I was told I would be refunded and I said I still have yet to get my refund from the business I paid $139.99 for my appointment I will not settle until I get my refund for my appointment that I never got the services provided. I have video proof along with screenshot sent from the company saying that the doctor told them to provide my refund. Whichever supervisor I spoke to threatened me that their "lawyers would ruin me if I tried to come after them for my refund"
