I can't say enough about the professionalism and exceptional quality of work from McCann ************************* We completely transformed our home, taking many areas down to the studs. The project included a brand-new kitchen, an updated bathroom, and the addition of a half-bath in the basement.Some standout features included a redesigned staircase with sleek glass railings, a modern deck featuring the latest wire railing technology, and upgraded plumbing and electrical workcomplete with smart-connected light switches as per my request.******* and his team are true experts. Seeing the incredible transformation from day one to the finished product is almost unbelievable. They were reliable, hardworking, and always accommodating, even when I made last-minute changes. If you're looking for top-tier home remodeling or repairs, McCann is the team to call. You wont be disappointed!McCann Home Improvements

We are very happy with the work McCann Home Improvements completed for us. The best part of working with him was his ability to set a budget and stick to itno surprises, which we greatly appreciated. He is incredibly honest, which is such a rare and valuable quality to find in a contractor. Beyond that, he is also genuinely kind. For example, one weekend we had to reschedule a meeting because my moms basement flooded, and he immediately offered to lend us fans to help her dry it out. Coming from *********** the land of Mr. ******* that level of kindness speaks volumes.His team is equally fantastic. They were always prepared, demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, and truly paid attention to detail. The professionals he hires out for specialized work, such as plumbing, are also top-notch and held to the same high ************* area for improvement might be communication. While everything came together well in the end, we occasionally found ourselves reaching out for updates rather than receiving proactive communication. It wasnt a big issue, but something well keep in mind for the future.That said, we would absolutely hire him again for future projects. Now that we understand his communication style, well be better prepared to ask for information and stay aligned throughout the process. Overall, a great experience, and were thrilled with the outcome!McCann Home Improvements

******* and his team (**** and ****) did an absolutely fabulous job on my bathroom renovation. They were diligent and focused, and showed up every day until the project was complete - even when it took longer than anticipated. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. They are also just good people!! Home renovation projects can be stressful but this team makes it as painless as possible. Im very happy with the finished project - so happy that I signed them on for another project after! Highly recommend.McCann Home Improvements

We hired McCann Home Improvements to address a drywall repair in our finished basement and highly recommend their work! ******* was extremely responsive and his crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and completed high quality work in a timely manner. Our new entrance steps and deck by McCann Home Improvements are fabulous! Im so happy that I saw ******* ******* truck while they were building entrance steps at another property in the neighborhood. ******* and his team (**** and ******) are expertly skilled as well as punctual, hard-working, and gracious. ******* and his team exceeded all of our expectations. ******* is extremely prompt, professional, and easy to communicate with. We experienced water damage which resulted in the need to replace two exterior walls in our home. ******* and team went above and beyond to ensure the area was well insulated - even added access panels for any potential future water issues. ******* also went out of his way to source a rare type of cedar to exactly match our exterior. His team took extreme care and attention to detail. The paint job was absolutely perfect as were all of the cuts. Our kitchen has full tile walls, so his team even took care to use a different method to secure the exterior cedar as to not crack any of our existing tile. I have already asked ******* to come back for another project in our home! Would 100% recommend him for all of your renovation needs.McCann Home Improvements

If you are looking to remodel, ******* ****** is your man. When ******* came to give us our estimate, he was prompt and courteous. He listened to our expectations and offered suggestions without being pushy. He gave us a quote and told us that was the final price even if he ran into unexpected problems. He also offered a flexible payment plan. **** and ****, the craftsmen, were prompt, respectful and neat. They were so quiet, the only reason we knew they were here was hearing their tools. They worked on our project all day, every day until completion. Their workmanship was impeccable and they did a great job at cleaning up at he end. We have been enjoying our remodeled family room for about two weeks and haven't found a flaw yet! While ****** Home Improvements was a little more expensive, it was well worth the extra money for the dependability and quality craftsmanship. Don't hesitate to give ******* ****** a call for your next remodel job.
