Great place for contacts. Got a prescription changed and they took back the unopened box of 24 I had purchased, provided a credit and I was able to get a new set in less than 2 weeks.

1 starI ordered my contacts for the second time from Webeye and for the second time, I was disappointed with the shipping lead time. It took longer than expected and I had to contact customer service to find out that it is on backorder. I understand that many things are on backorder and slow and was given a ship date of 8/11/2022. Rest assure the contacts were not shipped and I had to once again call customer service to find that out that the new ship date was 8/17/2022. I was upset and disappointed and simply asked for an expedited shipping (overnight) or second day air to at least make up for the constant backorder and lack of updates. Customer service assured me that it will be expedited and not to worry. Once shipped, it took 5-6 days to get to get delivered. The assurance and empty promises left a lot to be desired and I will look elsewhere for my next order.Review fromlindsay p
