      Here , attached are pictures, load calculations, the original system we removed.
       
      I would like to have the manufacture rep come and take a look at the system as requested before and as i texted and said on the phone, if the sizing is wrong we will get it resolved.

      The **** manual J sizing  for  ********** is on  89 degree day maintain 75 this is what the government and **** has deemed correct for humidity removal and energy.  

      as you can see on our proposal we were reconnecting to the existing lines, and ductwork never stated that those were all going to be replaced.

      the original pics show that the old systems were both 2.5 ton systems, and there was no siding or old siding where the units came out- attached pictures show where new siding was placed and cut out around the lines.

      Everytime you have called we have come out to address any issues, the systems were started in early may in heat.  Drain issue upstairs was and existing line that we then came out and fixed. the downstairs was also an existing line that we ran new tubing to the outside to extend, there was not anything of concern with old tube. you can see that the tube was reinstalled by siding contractor when it was added after completion in early may of our installation.

      The last time i was at your home you had one of matts friend there that used to do commercial heating and air, according to him, he was very rude, yelling and telling me all the things he would do.  i set up for us to come back and did extra work for no charge outside of the scope. Also discovered that the filters had not been changed and replaced those.

      i have made efforts to try to correct any issues, even paid to have an electrician fix the wiring from the old water heater.  Dilling has made attempts to fix or even repair and do things outside of our original agreement to make you happy.  

      I received a phone call from matts friend on your number a couple of weeks ago with him being rude and yelling again telling me you want system removed and money back, then I spoke with you beginning of week saying that you want ********* to install new systems with ductwork and all the things the sales guy said, our original work has been done .

      This is and effort to have a 3rd party manufacture rep to look at the sitiuation and resolve it, Kelly my general manger is attached to this email please contact her and  schedule the appointment for us to have ******* come and look at the system so we can resolve any issues.
      Please have **** there with you, and not his friend
