    On September 30, I signed up to join her company. I have decided that I don't have the time to dedicate to this business. I have sent an email twice to get out of the business but I have not heard back from the company. Also, I went to their ******** page (twice) to ask how to get out of the business and they have not answered the question. I want to stop being charged for a business that I no longer want to be part of.

    December 2021 I paid the total of $1500 plus $2500 To teach online business (ecommerce)That I never learned the business and they kept on offering more ways to make business better and earn 6 figure income, and to join it cost more money.I complained about one on one support that they promise for at least once a week and said If I don't get it I will quit and I want my $2500 that I paid. They said it's not refundable although when they offered it they said one year money back guarantee. I have attached some documents because the $2500 receipt was not provided but i can get it from my credit card statement. I want them to stand with their promise or I can quit and get a refund. And I want anyone to experience losing any money for nothing in return. In my opinion it's a total scam. The last photo is the proof of my enrollment and have paid the fee.

    We have not received any written correspondence from her regarding any one-on-one coaching, nor does the LHS program provide one-on-one coaching per se, however it does offer group coaching several times a week.

    There was never any payment received of USD2500.

    June 17, 2023 i purchased & paid first of 24 $89 installments for Rachels Rofe, Low Hanging System. I signed all necessary documentation required. I was to receive the entire program immediately. My orientation was Monday morning with a lady named Kip, She went over many aspects of the program and advised us to complete the first two lessons prior to our One-on-one that we were to schedule as quickly as possible. I scheduled mine for Thursday evening. My coach was to be ****** *****. I then went to start my studies only to find the sound on the videos was too low and there was no way to increase the volume. I sent in 2 (maybe 3) tickets asking for help. I got answers like, "turn the volume up", "mover the slider thing over" and best of all was, "use external speakers"..Since I'd agreed to pay almost 2400 I wanted a 1st class operating video system. When I had my first meeting with ****** on Thursday night, via zoon. H really didn't beleve me so I suggested we do a SCREEN SHARE so he could see what I was experiencing. He did agree that I had a faulty unity, but couldn't do anything about itbecause he was in Australia and theyware closed on the weekend. We made another appointment to **** Sunday evening. Once again he told me there was nothing that could be done quickly, but he would make a call and call me back within the hour. One week later and I still haven't heard from him. Both of the **** calls were recorded. There seemed to be no way to get in direct contact with the company so I scheduled another one-on-one. ******* , a rep from New Orleans. hosted that PHONE CALL, not **** and it was less than fulfilling. He flat said he couldn't help me and that my email had been removed from the system. So, as of today, July 2, two payments of $89 have been deducted from my business checking account and I have nothing to show for it. I'm only asking that the payments totaling $178 be returned to my account and no future deductions made.

    On August 30, 2022, I saw an internet advertisement for selling on ****** by Rachel Rofe with a free invitation to watch a live **** video that would better explain what it was and all of the benefits. It sounded very interesting so I did. It was over an hour long and she said she had this software that made selling automated on ****** and **** and other platforms and all you had to do was come up with simple ideas and it was a money making generator. She showed us charts that she and others that were making 6 or more figures every month. She said that she basically was only selling coffee mugs with silly sayings and raking in the money. She said she had training videos that gave step by step instructions and fool proof software that made everything automated. She offered lots of bonuses and even a free vacation (which I didn't see) along with 500 free mugs that would come from her personal warehouse. Free counseling sessions that didn't offer any help on how this all worked; just try to sell you more things and set you up for the next upsell. I had questions for each person I spoke to and they never got answered. People on ******** have the same questions. So I'm not the only one. The next person to call me in the 2 days since I saw the first video was **** trying to sell me ****** *** for $8000.00! This is after I already SPENT $1500.00 on garbage that I can't use. ****** *** is to help you get started. I thought that is what I already paid for. These training videos are complete garbage. Purposely do not show you how to do anything so that people will get frustrated and buy into the upsell for $8000.00.This is a horrible scam and no one is making money. I want my initial deposit back for $497 back. ********** the software they use has a 30 day money back guarantee. I requested my money back and Rachel Rofe sent me back my confidentiality agreement I signed as a refusal .I was naive for believing her. Please stop this abuse.
