    I used Roberts to install a new water heater yesterday. *** was on time, polite and did a great job. Sadly, the store that I purchased the unit from gave me a gas heater when I had paid for an electric heater. He couldn't have been nicer. packed up the wrong unit for me and helped me load it in my suv. He was nice enough to go out and get his own dinner while I went to the store and picked up the correct heater. He stayed until 8:30 pm to install and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

    Absolutely the best. Came out to the house at 9:30 PM for water in basement. Left a Christmas party to do it. Diagnosed the problem, we slept well that night. Thanks!

    Great diagnostician, no-nonsense repair and fair pricing. Strong knowledge of plumbing and straight-forward quality results. Explains and educates the customer as to what caused the problem and repair options. Fortunate to have found this business through someone I went to Elementary School With.

    Bob came out on short notice to help me out of a jam.
    He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable,
    Attacked the situation which he remediated in a very short time.
    No mess, clean working environment.

    Will use Robert's again, when needed, but recommend for your plumbing needs.

    We had an issue with our overflow, it was overflowing. Looked up plumbers & came up with Robert’s Plumbing through BBB. He was rated A+ so we called. Bob (the owner) answered, told him my issue. Said he would be here within 2 hours. Sure enough, he was here. Very nice guy. Laid a cloth on floor & got to work, explaining everything as he worked. It was fixed within 1/2 hour. I would definitely use him again. Put his # in my contacts for future.

    We used Robert 's Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for a clogged sewer pipe in our front yard. We had a mess in our downstairs bathroom and laundry room the night before. Called 7:30 am the next morning and he fit us into his busy schedule early that afternoon. Robert was on time, efficient, friendly, honest, very fair and most knowledgeable. He cleared out the clog, educated me on the process and everything is now back to normal. This type of customer service is rare. I would Highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for his services. Thank you again Robert.! We appreciate you!

    I would never recommend Robert's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning! He had total attitude the whole time. I was trying to tell him that I had the same exact problem 2 years ago and what the problem was then and he did not want to hear it so I had a feeling the problem was not going to be fixed. He snaked my toilet, charged me $395 and gave me a receipt and in the Guarantee section he wrote NONE. Who runs a business this way? So of course 10 days later the same exact problems started happening again and I called him and he told me he does not guarantee his work and that he would charge me again if he came back out. So if you use him you better make sure the problem is solved because he guarantees NOTHING!
