    I hired property solution to install new vinyl flooring and paint my entire first floor. This company offers some of the fairest pricing I’ve ever seen! They completed the project on time & fast! Dave and his workers were all very respectable, honest & trustworthy. Now that I’ve found property solutions there will be no more searching for new contractors hoping they are as good as they say they are, while I anxiously wait for the results of the final work . I will be calling these guys every time!!

    I have contracted 2 projects with Property Solutions so far - a bathroom remodel after a failed remodel by another contractor, and the painting of the entire upstairs of my house.**** and his team did an excellent job on both projects. They were able to make the necessary repairs to my bathroom shower, tiles and drain promptly and as contracted.The painting project was done quickly, and exceeded my expectations.Great jobs from a fair and reliable, quality contractor. I recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.*** *.
