    I gave my 30 day notice for 1seo and they were supposed to keep my website up for the full month since they bill 1 month at a time. They pulled the website down early. Instead of calling me the owner of the business ************************* (a person who has lied to me in writing several times over email) reached out to a person who was outside of my business. I should be pro ratted back the money for the days early they took down the website.

    His claim that we shut down his website before we were supposed to is false. While he is correct that we pre-bill for services, his last official day with us was 3/26 and the website was taken down on 3/27. He was sent a formal cancellation email (copy attached) indicating the final steps to his agreement and the date we would no longer be responsible for his account. Additionally, his fees for March were waived in place of a credit for a custom item to be added to the website (that we couldn't do), so there is not a prorated amount that he would be owed. His last payment to us was on 1/25 for services in February. Furthermore, the website in question was built for free in exchange for a 2-year agreement with our company. He broke the agreement before the 2 years and he opted to NOT purchase the website from us, which is explained in his agreement, which I've attached here for reference. 

    Please let me know if you need any additional information, but at this time, we will not be providing any type of refund to this client.
