    Bad experience. This is the first time I've dealt with the Bristol Riverside Theater. We spent $112 on two tickets. The night before something came up and we asked for an exchange, which the website said was allowed. But they refused to exchange the tickets. They told us they only honor exchanges for the same show! But what if there are no other shows? How lame can you get? Why would anyone want to keep money for a service they did not provide? Isn't that unethical? Why not offer the exchange? If it were my business I would not put off local people that are willing to spend $112 on theater tickets. I'd work with them and cultivate their interest I'd want them to tell their friends and family. Now I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away because of of the BRT's lack of flexibility and because they didn't honor their website's exchange policy.
