    I had contractor to repair some plumbing underneath my manufactured home. The gentleman agreed over the phone to come out and look at it and then he tell me when he could get around to it. He came over and take a look and then left he said hed be there the next few days. I wanted him to know that I was serious about getting the work completed so I advanced him $100 to get started. When the weekend came around, I called him. He talked to me only very briefly and hung up. Then proceeded to text him several times, asking for my money to be returned since he wasnt going to do the job. He finally showed up to do the job and was done very quickly. He told me that I owe him $175 and I clarified if it was an additional money I already given him. **** then said he forgot so only $100. An increase of $25 for a prepayment? So I asked for an invoice. When he sent me the invoice, the price went from 175 to 200 to 225+! I sent him the **** five dollars that we owed him and agreed with my wife that we would never do business with him again.
