    Purchased a new home from them this past year it has been a struggle each and every time dealing with this company my new manufactured home has needed multiple repairs from the day they set it on my property sent with a damaged furnace damaged siding the exterior doors have been looked at by there company repair men multiple times 3+ and are still not correct and it has been months all they want from the costumer is the money they have no care after you order your home about fixing what is broken/damaged I have been very patient with the company in question and I am to the point where I feel like I’m being taken advantage of the amount of stress dealing with them is getting unbearable I truly feel sorry for everyone that has dealt with this company and I would really like to have my home finished for I can enjoy my purchase if you have any questions please call me I have more to say then I can type in this paragraph

    Home was delivered on 8/2/22 and set on 8/29/22 

    Customer has taken occupancy of the home prior to being paid for but Welcome Homes has still followed standard service policy in accordance the manufacturer's warranty through Colony Homes. 

    Service of home was provided on the following dates: 

    10/6/22-Foudantion was sealed at home sill plate. Walk through was completed with customer 
    and service technician. 

    10/11/22-Hole in sub floor was repaired. Replaced bath 2 door knob. Repaired and tested furnace wiring. Repaired loose trim throughout. 

    10/25/22 

    10/29/22-Hot water tank was replaced 

    12/14/22- Exterior doors were adjusted to seal and operate properly. 

    12/21/22- Replaced bathroom wall panel. Leveled entry coat rack. Replaced hall wall panel. Level dishwasher. Replaced plank in living room. Fixed bedroom 3 ceiling chip. Replaced wall panel in 
    kitchen. 

    1/24/23- Exterior doors were looked at. Front door plate was adjusted and weather stripping was added. Temperatures were too cold to do anything with siding and needed parts as well. 
    Cabinet measurements needed to be taken from the manufacturer and Welcome Homes needed to complete a door adjustment but customer refused scheduling of both on 1/26/23. 
    Since 1/26/23 customer has reached out to the home manufacturer and met with them on 2/7/23 to discuss cabinets and other service issues. Manufacturer has planned to be back at customer's home week of 2/20/23. 

    Since 1/26/23 customer has reached out to Welcome Home Centers and has an appointment with customer on 2/14/23 to review and complete further service issues. 

    Welcome Home Centers stands ready, willing and able to complete the service items but needs continued cooperation and access to the home in order for Colony Homes and Welcome Homes to complete the items.
