I signed with Inspiring Services on 3/8/23 to gut my BR and put a new BR in, gut my LR ceiling and paint the LR walls. I was asked for 1/3 signing, 1/3 start date and 1/3 completion. They assured me plastic going from the LR to the DR would be covered as my LR furniture was moved into the DR. The plastic they used had holes all through it and when the begun the gutting process dust from demo went all through house. They were also asked to lay covering on the floor to cover my LR carpets. They used 1 small piece of covering. **** would be at my house all hours of the night (later) his partner tells me that **** is recovering from addiction. **** the partner then told me they wanted the full payment. They left my house to take another job. I told **** the house was not completed and he would get the payment when completed. He was nasty through a message and on Friday 3/31, **** show up to complete some of the work and promised me he would be back on Monday. I gave him the final payment on 3/31. He did not return. I sent numerous messages and they promised to be back but never showed. On Wednesday, 4/26 the new tub had leaked into my LR ceiling, down through my living room and into the basement. The rugs were soaked. I called **** and **** showed up and said he would be back the next day. He showed up, said the union wasn't tight and that is what caused the leak. They took the ceiling down again. **** left that Thursday and said I could take a shower that union was fixed. I took a shower and it leaked again. They had to redo the ceiling in LR once again. Items that need fixing, grout in tub not completed, 2 areas of ceiling in bathroom incomplete, paint new BR door, Cement leaked in new driveway, damaged rugs, They also poured paint down my Kitchen and BR sinks. Basement tile from leak broke when **** removed it, needs replacement. **** said he would send me an email that the BR leak is guaranteed and he did not comply. They now have ghosted me after 3 messages.
