      May 12th ,2022 E & J started work at our home. Trimming, mulching, cleanup, etc. We have a pool & weeds grow all through the bricks. I ask ****, as she was in charge of the workers that day, what WE could put on the weeds. She said, Don’t worry about it we can treat them with ********. I ask her what that was & she said it fills in the crevices around the bricks to smother & kill the weeds. I told her it had to be done before we uncover the pool for the summer. She said, we will do it today. May 30th, after the ******** treatment, the weeds were already growing as before. June 2nd, the pool people came to open our pool only to find the skimmers were thick with the ********. The skimmers have a cover on them, but the ******** gets wet & hardens like cement. The pool people were very unhappy about all the sand in the skimmers & had to leave to get a vacuum to clean the sand out costing us extra money & delay in opening our pool. June 13th , I ask **** to please take care of the weeds around the pool & our front walk which is also treated, but as the pool area, the ******** was unaffective in doing the job. Possibly it was not applied correctly. **** stopped by on July 12th & told me she would treat the weeds with a commercial product which I think she did, (only the pool area)but she promised me to stop every once or twice weekly thru the summer to get the weeds under control . July 30th, she still did not come & do as she promised. Aug. 6th was my last conversation with her. She said, I don’t know why the ******** didn’t work. We paid ****, $4267.00 for their work that day. I am only asking to be reimbursed for the ******** around the pool area & front walk which she never came back ONCE as she promised. The amount is $530.00 front walk & $960.00 in pool area. We have used. E & J for years & only wanted them to correct the ******** issue which definitely did not work or was applied totally wrong. Total for both areas is $1490.00
