    WARNING! This company scamed me out of $564. After only 2 weeks thinking the problem with my hot water tank was resolved by them, it was not. When I called them & asked if they stood behind their work, I was told "Yes". They scheduled a third appointment & shortly after left me a message, telling me to call them back, & it was my responsibility to call Rheem. I never called Rheem in the first place; they did. I returned Pawlak's call that day & twice the next day. Obviously, they knew my name/phone number & didn't answer or return my calls. My last message to them was to return the $564. I got nothing for $564. They didn't know how to resolve the problem from the start but wouldn't admit it, so chose to scam me.

    I have been trying for months to get a plumber to do dye test and scope sewer. Finally I found Pawlak Plumbing on BBB site. They scheduled appointment with my first call. The gentleman was here this morning and could not have been nicer. Very pleasant and professional. Was done quickly and even gave me a flash drive of sewer camera, just in case the borough wanted to see it.In a time when contractors dont call back or show up for a job Pawlak plumbing was great.*********************

    I have used Pawlak Plumbing for more than a handful of residential plumbing jobs. Leaking toilet base, line snaking/ clogs, and repair of hot-cold interior water lines. They are a small business with attentive, friendly, and intelligent workers. I'll continue to give them my business for assorted household jobs. Their pricing is very fair and quality/ timeliness/ communication are great!
