    We have this business to put an addition on our home. The problems started December 27th 2023 when I noticed a roof leak. I contacted and had Anthony(Owner) come out and look at and try to fix the leak. Since the first leak we have had him out several times to fix the same issue. It is now 6 months later and the roof is still leaking. Because of the leaks I have had to replace drywall multiple times and will now have to replace the floor sheeting due to water damage. I contacted him about some kind of refund since I will have to replace the floor, drywall, and have to hire someone to come fix the problem

    Was able to get out to customers house with a roofing expert contractor on 6/20/2024 at approximately 1:42 p.m. Customer was not present. Plans to repair the area have been made and is set to take place potentially the week of 7/01/2024. I have informed the customer of these repairs but have not heard back at this time if the dates are going to work for him. We will also be looking at inside repairs when it is a good opertunity and both partys are present. I will encourage a follow up when work is complete. I will not ask the customer for money to help with this repair. I will fund out of my own pocket.

    In addition to this , this action is in good faith as i know this has been an ongoing problem. My contract states i cannot warranty my work especially since an entire roof replacement was recommended and not done.  I am more than willing to fix or repair problems to avoid further issues. This issue has been unique in the fact that it has subsided at times then reappeared at a later date.
