Dale Smith Camper Sales sold me a A Frame Camper 12 feet long last August of 2022 that when I went to register it with State of Ohio they seen that the actual VIN number didn't match the Vin on the Title paper work. I Called Dale Smith Camper Sales and Ashley starting working with me said she call PA DMV she had a contact to get this changed. October 2022 started this, couple days before Christmas of 2022 She said PA DMV sent new Title with the exact same wrong VIN on it. She called PA DMV and they said send it back and I would be first in line. Well its now April 2023 and still no Title with correct VIN. I send email to Dale Smith Camper Sales and not getting any responses back. On top of it this is loan and Navy Federal wants to raise my loan payments monthly due to no Title file with them yet. I am sick over this matter, I just want correct Title for my camper so that I can start using it. I am paying monthly payments and can't register it in the state. I feel Dale Smith Camper Sales should of never sold the camper if VIN doesn't match title. I also feel this mistake is so unprofessional that camper place trying to sell campers. All I want is Title with correct VIN number on it.
