    I paid $149.00 to attend a continuing education course on 10/26/23. The provider's (CPE **** website was not working. I am very proficient with technology, this was not an error on my part. I alerted them to the problem and requested a refund. They said they could not provide a refund but would allow me to register for another course. I tried to enter their webinar again on 11/20/23, from 2 different computers as well as my cell phone and their website was not working on any of these devices. I again requested a refund and also disputed the charge on my card. On 11/29 they sent me an email acknowledging that they were allowing the credit card chargeback to go through and would not fight it. I received credit for this charge and thought the matter was closed. Then on 2/12/2024 they CHARGED MY CARD AGIAN! I called them and disputed this charge, in complete disbelief that they could do this. A different representative looked into this, and said she would work on getting the credit processed and that I should not have been charged. I was told this was being handled. I followed up again on 3/6/24 as the credit had not been posted to my card. The representative said she would look into this and apologies (see 3/7 email attached). Today, I received a call that they looked into this with their bank and said it was processed and that they showed it posted on my end 2/28. I called my credit card company and they said there is no such credit on my account and no pending credit. CPE *** are complete liars and frauds, I think their whole business is a scam.

It is important to note that these tracking details have also been provided to your credit card issuer, which they have acknowledged the credit was processed.
