    Horrible, rude, obnoxious, nasty customer service from the owner man, and his mother! He was extremely rude and nasty trying to defend the negligence on a side by side engine he rebuilt for us. Had he been much more customer service kinder, understanding of the faulty work we received back, and not defensive and blameful towards us, I would not be filing this complaint! My husband even supplied some of the parts, so the high bill was a huge shocker! He charged us an outrageous price, $2,247 on a engine he said was rebuilt properly, and when we got it back and had it installed by a knowledgeable person, oil just ran out of the bottom of engine, the gasket was improperly placed or oil would not have run out, valves tapping, . Just read google reviews on this company. We brought our side by side back with engine installed on our flat bed trailer on Saturday Nov. 5, 2022 to this establishment. After his super horrible bad attitude, he said we could pick up our fixed side by side on our trailer on Nov. 10, 2022. So my husband called on Nov. 10 so we could pick up our stuff, my husband said owner's mother told him they had a fire in the shop and she would have to get a hold of her son. I then called to see what was going on, and she got extremely rude with me stating my husband just called, and she said very rudely" what do you want"!? I said my dam side by side and trailer! She hung up on me. A few hours later my husband called and talked to owner man, and he stated that I had upset his mother, and our trailer that we hauled down with our side by side on that was not broken when we left it there. I have a pic to prove that, is now broken, and will have to be towed out of there. And our side by side now won't be done till next week owner man said, I am afraid more damage to our stuff may occur.
