    My fiancé  and I have been renting an apartment at ******* ********* since 12/2021 which is managed by Relative Properties and advertised as "new luxurious townhomes". The place is trash. 1. There is no railing going up the stairs from the parking lot, because the previous one was rotted. The situation is dangerous for our parents and grandparents, especially when there is inclement weather. We inquired about this issue as soon as we moved in, and it has not been resolved. 2. There is a mud puddle at the bottom of the stairs that does not have a railing. We have also brought this issue to Management's attention right away. They indicated the landscapers would be addressing it, but the issue has not been resolved.3. The molding going up our stairs is rotting away. Management continues to caulk it to keep it together. 4. The washing machine and dish washer do not clean our laundry or dishes. We frequently have to re-run the washing machine and dish washer. All the appliances were advertised as new, but they are old and worn. 5. The main drain line backed up and flooded our kitchen floor with NASTY water (according to management this happens all the time). This caused the vinyl floor boards to start warping even more than they were originally. Maintenance won't do anything to fox it until it gets worse. 6. Our carpets are stained. 7. Our closet collapsed. 9. Our front door had a draft so bad to the outside that we could see through. The door also did not close correctly, and our dog ran outside multiple times. Eventually the door was fixed, and the old rusty doorknob was put back on the new door. A representative from Relative Properties walked through our unit and agreed it was unacceptable and we were given $700 off 1 month's rent, and they dropped our pet fee. The place continues to get worse as more issues come up weekly. This is false advertising
