    Hi,***. my question is simple. In 09/02/2023 I orderd a summer camp in ESF .but soon cuz my health problem I cancel it but kept the money still in ESF account ,which was checked carefully with ESF staff. and we both confirmed just cancel not refund to me in case my body recoverd I can still take my kids join on . ehmm it's 2669.5$ . so it's still lay in my ESF accout last year.but this year is zero. I ask them but they just ignore me and say just swiped. how dare they! that's ridiculous! Pls *** help me uphold justice.thanks you so much

    hi,Kadi-*** *******. Thank you very much for all the efforts you have made which i dont know. I"m really really grateful to you and your team.

    Yesterday ****** I received your email and this ****** I received the ESF email .this is the first time I received their emails in such a long time. I put it in the attachmet with a screenshot incase you can fully see ther respondses. 

    they may only keep it in this 2025 summer .but I won't be there this summer (family things and other stuffs and also time is too tight) .and I think the account money should stay there all the time not you decide my time and limit my time .

    In view of ther such reply,I'm very disappointed with this company ,so I'd rather get the refound( totally money) more than anything else.
