This account was with Bryn Mawr Equipment Finance and NewLane Finance now currently services the Bryn Mawr Equipment Finance portfolio. This customer has had a history of not being able to fulfill his full payment obligations under the agreement between him and Bryn Mawr Equipment. Our department has worked with the customer in order to allow him to keep the vehicle as our understanding is that the vehicle is necessary to operate his business. We have worked with the customer on accepting a reduced payment amount as well as accepting partial payments in order for him to keep the vehicle. There is still currently a balance owed on the account, however we are more than willing to work with the customer on settlement to settle the account in full and if we are able to settle the account the title can be released at that time. ***** ***** is the associate who is handling this account and has reached out to the customer regarding this yesterday (April 4, 2023) and left a voicemail and has not heard back. He is going to attempt to reach out to him again today. *****’s direct line is ###-###-#### and can be contacted directly by the customer to discuss this in further detail. If you require any additional information please let me know.

    Thank you,

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The letter response from Bryn Mawr Equipment is not accurate and payments were made always on time, with the exception of 2020 during COVID when I had a deferral payment agreement with BME and now in February of this year when I stop making the payments due to no responding to my letters requesting loan status information also, tried calling BME but phones numbers were not in service and or BME never sent me notices of late payment letters or phone calls. Recently received a phone call from **** ***** and provided me with ******* Finance contact information to resume payments.

I would appreciate if ******* Finance provide me a monthly loan status via mail.

    Regards,
