    Worst company I ever encountered took a month to get a boiler after they came out and told me mine was bad, middle of winter when this happened and I was told he would have it in a week or less. Then when we finally get the boiler in everything has an issue. Constantly running and by the time he came out we ran out of oil because of the issue, it's leaking underneath of the unit, it isn't heating in certain rooms just terrible craftsmanship. Wrote everything down. Took him 2 months to come out and even look at the problem then when he does he tells me he's going to take care of it another 4 months go by, it's already summer now. We didn't even get the new one in till September and on top of that fittings on the new one are leaking. Just a terrible company I'd pass on them in every situation if you're having issues with anything. Constantly says he'll come out the next day and never does and weeks go bye says he'll come and no show.

    He came to service the furnace. First, they did not enter the diagnosis in a timely manner. There are small children in the house. It took days for them to enter the work order. By that time it was too late to get the parts before the weekend. Next, After getting the parts and finally scheduling the service call, they told the Sr ******* policy holder that it would cost $270. She wrote the check and they gave her a receipt that said she paid $270. There was nothing listing any parts or service done. Also in the work order, it just says the claim has been completed and closed. This is another tech that preys on the elderly.

    Awesome experience.with Jordan Comfort Solutions over the past two days! They were able to quote me a reasonable price with a great product. They were able to get me in quickly and their two associates were two of the most polite individuals I have encountered. They left the space cleaner than they found it and we're able to wrap it up in 1.5 days. Thanks again for the awesome service and I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends and family.
