  I bought my 2017 *** to this auto shop in March 2023 to have fender dents repaired on the sides of the car, detailing and inspection sticker done. This shop kept my car for two months and the repairs were still not done. They were paid 1000.00 at this point where they kept pressuring for money . when I finally received the car back in May I was very disappointed, The dents were fixed but the paint job and appearance of the car was ruined. The car has paint drippings all over it, air bubbles in the paint and the car is two different whites from the paint not being blended in correctly. Paint is all over the rubber linings on the windows and the hardware on the car. When I finally got thru to the owner ********************* to complain, he blamed the mechanic who worked on the car and said he would fix it himself. I brought the car to him in May and he had it for another 4 weeks without the work completed. He would not answer mt texts or phone calls. i went the state police for help but all they could do at this point was call him which they never got an answer. when weeks later he called with a story i asked him to just give me my car and he assured me he can do it over-nite but he will need another 300 dollars to get more paint. I was going to pay the money upon pickup the next day but he insisted that I bring it that night cause he bought the supplies already and needed his money back. I was going away that morning and went to pick up the car from the shop and it was not ready. It took 3 hours for them to release the car to me. when I saw it I cried because it looked awful and had missing parts. he then for the 3rd time requested I bring it back and he would fix his work- he never showed up. My *** is now depreciated and will be less in value when I go to sell it. I have to take it now to a real professional collision shop. My collision person did not want to come behind JJN LLC work because it is a liability and to much tidious work for his mechanic then.
