    This is clearly or the first time this happened. I have been patient and get no response.
    Would not even exchange for replacement.

    Told me no refunds. I had already disconnected and delivered my old appliances to them. I couldn't get replacement or money back.

    I understand he's a business and trying to make money I don't want to post anything online other than positive things even if I could just get $500 back you can keep the old appliances even if I could just get $400 back it'd be better than nothing.
    Honestly, after all this, instead of having to get a U-Haul and make another trip to Butler I'm going to ask if you have any deliveries up in this area that you can stop by and pick it up I doubt that you're going to agree to that but I will say just look at the pictures.

    I understand that you have a business and you need to make money and there's a profit margin and I get that.

    I was under the impression that these were scratch and dent factory refurbished and not in the condition that this one is and I understand you know what you're doing here but I wasn't fully on the same page with you and that's why I asked to send some pictures before I left you said just see when you get to the warehouse

    we do not give refunds. the contract signed clearly states this.

    we do however give replacements, within the warranty guidelines.

    im not sure whats the whole story here.

    We bought a Whirlpool Gas Dryer from this business on 4/16/2023 which was delivered to us on 4/20/2023. When we got the dryer hooked up and running it did not heat and it also smelled very strongly of a chemical that was causing our entire basement to smell in addition to what was in the dryer. I called to inform the business about this and they provided a replacement dryer. This replacement dryer was also not heating and was not able to dry whatever we had in it for extremely long amounts of time. We informed them about this issue as well and they, again sent a replacement dryer. This 3rd dryer is also not heating like a dryer should and it is taking extremely long to dry the smallest load. I do not want another dryer from them at this point. I would just like a refund for what we paid. We paid $310.00 for the dryer and $75 for the delivery fee and additional fees with taxes and using a credit card. In the end we paid a total of $423.50 and at this point I would just like at least $310.00 back and for them to take back the dryer.
