      I purchased 2 batteries for my side by side and paid like 165.00 a piece for them . I called them in October to tell them wanted me to it in to be tested. I told them it had a bad cell but they had to do there testing. Took it in and they did there testing and it was bad. It’s 7 months old they told me when I bought them they had 12 months warranty. They called me today and said they have to pro rate it .they told me I had to pay 148 for new battery which I’m not that’s almost as much as I payed for it. They would not give me a number to the owner that owns it and employee told me to contact you guys .

      We offer a 12 month pro rated warranty on seasonal product. We do are best to educate the customer at time of purchase how to maintain the product to get optimal life from the battery. Once the product leaves the store we have no control over how the product is maintained and or used. It seems we tried to charge the product and return to useable service as a free courtesy, but that was unsuccessful.  The product has a warranty, not a guarantee. Industry standard warranties, are 90 day replacement, with no additional warranty or a 12 month pro rated warranty. We have elected to use the 12 month pro rated warranty. This option allows for the customer to at least have some warranty after 90 days. These unfortunate cases are within our warranty process company wide and has served our customers well for nearly 32 years.
