    I rented a shuttle school bus for my wedding on September 9, 2022, from Brighton Bus Services. I provided the bus company with a schedule. At the end of the night, the bus was to leave at 10 and come back for 1030 to pick up any leftover people that were cleaning up the venue. The bus did not leave at 10 due to the number of guests boarding and left at 1030. However, the bus did not return and left the bride, groom and about 15 people at the venue without a ride. We tried to contact Brighton bus company but were unsuccessful and had to scramble to find ways home.

    (9/12/22) After the wedding I informed the company of this incident via email. They said they would provide a particular refund of $50 to make up for the mistake.
    (10/14/22) I reached out via email about not receiving a partial refund. They did not respond.
    (10/18/22) I reached out via email about not receiving a partial refund. They replied that they send out refunds at the end of the year.
    (1/14/23) I reached out via email about the partial refund.
    (1/18/22) They replied I should have the check in the mail by the end of the week. However, it was never received from my end.
    (2/5/23) I reached out via email about the partial refund.
    (2/12/23) they replied that they will reissue a check. However, it was never received from my end again.
    (3/6/23) I reached out via email about the partial refund and provided my address too check they are sending it to the correct location. They did not reply.
    (3/14/23) I reached out via email regarding my previous email. They replied and said they would check the address. I did not receive another email.
    (3/21/23) I reached out via email asking if they have checked the address yet. I they did not reply.
    (6/13/23) I reached out via email about the partial refund. They have not replied.

    Hello, she had told us someone was going to come into our office and pick up the check it was never received picked up. I never received her email on 6/13/23 and I will issue a check asap and send it to her with the $50 amount
