    Date occurred: Friday March 28 when Shuler Concrete was paid in full to complete job
    Date issue was brought to company's attention: April 13, April 17, May 15, May 19, May
    23, June 7, July 3rd, July 10th, July 28, July 31, Aug 9, Aug 10, Aug 11, Aug 18, Aug
    29, Aug 30 and today Aug 31. I can provide text message with proof.
    Detailed description of your issues: Was hired to remove old concrete and repour a
    sidewalk for 2 pieces of rental property. They were paid in full to the amount $3800 .
    The old sidewalk was removed, supplies to pour new concrete were set up but NO
    CONCRETE. I now have received 2 citations from the City of Butler zoning office for
    the work not being completed. Josh nor his wife will return phone calls, text message or
    answer the door at their home address. It has been 5 months. There also is another
    landlord by the name of **** ******* ***** ******** who is also involved in the same
    situation since his property borders mine and he also paid Josh for concrete work which
    was never completed. The address of the complaint is *** ******** ** ****** *** *** ******** ** ******* ** ******
