      I called and tried to scheduled an appointment by texting services after seeing overwhelming good reviews. The woman talked to me on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. I submitted all my information very quickly, however, the woman first of all said she cannot pull my insurance despite my current insurance is active and I also disclosed I am a cash patient. Secondly, the women said they could not treat me because I worn braces four years ago. Obviously, she did not know my treatment history or my situation at all. It is rude and judgmental to hang up the phone when there is no dispute or argument or anything unpleasant. The woman was in a bad mood and took it out on me, which is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. she was very agitated that I tried to schedule an appointment on a Friday afternoon, and gave me a hard time on it. Honestly, if you do not want to work, do not respond at all. Or just work somewhere else where you do not have to do customer service.
