The owner is the rude, fake and very hypocritical. She runs a shop devoted to witchcraft and is completely delusional and mentally unstable. She also claims to be non judgemental and runs life coaching counseling sessions out of her shop as well. I went to one of her classes where she accused me of spitting all over another customers motorcycle helmet, before she even had her security camera footage checked she claimed that the dieties already told her who it was (yeah, ok...) she told me specifically she didn't want me going to the classes because of the problems that apparently kept arising when me specifically was around. Assuming that I was banned, I let someone I met at the class I went to (she wanted to add me on Facebook) that she wasn't going to see me again probably because I thought I was banned. About a week later me and another customer get an email from the shop saying no body was banned. But continued to lecture us. I was mad and blocked the group chat. Fast forward 6 months I went back to shop. I bought 30.00 worth of items. I messaged the owner about a product and she went off on me (she said hi to me in the shop though) saying how dare I come to the shop, how dare I not apologize (for what? Lol), just down right belittling me... then proceeded to say she didn't want me energy in the shop... and also said she didn't ban me I banned myself??? (So I can unban myself too right? Lol).... she's just an unstable, psychotic mess. I'd personally stay far from her and her shop.

Unfortunately, this is a personal attack from a woman admittedly in therapy to work on her anger and response issues. Security footage shows only this customer who had a history of harassing another customer leaving the class early. Nobody was ever banned from the shop, until she (who I did not recognize as I was on my way to a client when I passed her) returned months later like she had not slandered me and the shop for months due to a personal vendetta. I hope you find what you are looking for.
