I brought my towable RV into this dealer in November, for inspection. I asked them to replace the canopy and replace a failing door latch (already broke and I had repaired it) while it was there. Over the course of the next 3 months, I would call their front desk repeatedly for updates (they never called me or communicated) to learn that the front latch could not be replaced with factory hardware. During this 3 months I also worried that my battery would go dead and asked them, on 3 occasions, to charge it. I arrived and paid for the canopy and inspection. Then I found the door latch had been broken, never reassembled, and left that way. Also found the camper completely packed with rodent p*** (kitchen, bed, bath) . We store the trailer in our driveway and interior was absolutely spotless when we brought it there. At this point I just wanted to get the camper out of there. I complained and they fully refunded all charges. They had a hard time getting the (broken) door latch re-latched for transport because they had lost all four of the screws. When that was figured out, we discovered that I couldnt **** the trailer up for transport because my expensive RV battery was dead. Because they had never charged it despite me reminding them 3 times. Then the mechanic told me I should have known better and asked for him instead of talking to the front desk guy. (No idea how a customer would know when calling the phone number off ******** My sewer cap had apparently also been removed and never put back, and they snapped part of my greywater dump valve off. Eventually we managed to escape with our camper. On the way home we discovered a burned out taillight despite having been inspected immediately prior. The next day, I also discovered that they left my greywater dump valve open (I had asked them to check it because it's hard to close sometimes, but it was closed when we arrive). This may explain how the rodents got in (or through the front flap they broke).
