    Date of initial visit 6/9/23. Cleaning all windows inside and out. The quality of work was poor. First time windows weren’t clean. Second trip back two different employees came and said Leo should never have agreed to do our high windows in the back because they weren’t equipped to do it — they had this same complaint from other customers. On their third trip back their employee Brian was going onto the sun porch with his arms load with his equipment and he broke the latch off the locking mechanism of the sliding glass door. He did not say that he did it but my wife heard something drop. She didn’t question him on it at the time thinking he just dropped something he had in his hands. The next day I found the broken piece laying on the floor. First we were told that Leo would come out to check it out. He never came. After calling back they said to take a picture and send it to them. No response was given to the photograph that was sent. After several phone calls we were told we were difficult customers. A promise was made to send us a replacement for the broken part. First how can they order a part from a picture? Second restitution should also include the install. At this point after repeated conversations with Leo nothing has been done. He said he will not pay for repair/ install - he will just provide the part. We still have a broken door, no part and no further communication from Fish. We want the door repaired so that it locks.
