    My wife and I hired this company to install a 3/4in water line from the main water tap into the side of our home - PAID in FULL since week of 3/10/23. Note the main water line is new to the street and was installed by the same company across the front of our property- Richland Township was paid directly IN FULL 02/2023. This company has been disrespectful to our property (scars from equipement exceeding 18 feet in diameter at places, using our well water spicket to clean concrete tools without permission, destroyed a long standing perennial flower bed, left our side yard with a lower grade that holds water, poorly patched the end of our driveway - the road run off drains through the patch (NOTE: all asphalt patches on our lane were redone 05/2023 except our driveway, despite owner aware of concern since 03/2023 (phone call-text), unearthing a 220 power line during dig that has yet to be reburied). This company has been disrespectful of our time (frequent non- answering of calls, multiple no shows - unwilling to revisit property to directly see our concerns, unresponsive to multiple communication attempts (email-text-phone call). My greatest concern is a 220 power line that remains exposed at ground level at the side of our home - this line was pulled out of the ground 2-3 feet by said company's equipment and was never re-buried. Owners are well aware of this enormous safety concern, as we have 3 small children. No action has been taken despite company owners directly aware of our concerns since 6/2/23. Our other concerns of work done on our property has also been brought to their attention and said company has expressed no intent to remedy.
