    Yes, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 Leitners quality pest control came to our house for a follow up check it was **** the owner and his employee we had a lengthy discussion about each bedroom and whose they were and that they would be going into our teenage daughters room because we were required to be out of the home while they were inside working I activated our home surveillance system into my horror the employee who was supposed to just spray the perimeter of the flooring went over to my childs bed. Found a pair of ******* inspected and played with them unknowingly on camera **** the owner was notified. He has tried to sweep this under the rug and keep his employee working. You could imagine the discussed after seeing this grown man do this when they show back up to my house to do another check like nothing ever happened. This is highly inappropriate, am I the only person who thinks this am I just crazy ?

    I am so sorry.  The night that I was informed of this complaint I was not in a very good state of mind.  Now that I have seen the photo from the video, I will definitely be seeking some professional assistance regarding how to address this, and addressing this with my employee.  I hope that you can be patient with me as I seek a professional response to this matter.  For the moment, I will definitely not send him back in to your apartment.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  Obviously you are right and this behavior is totally unacceptable from a service company.  If there is anything that I  can do to make this right please reach out to me.  ************ (mobile) is my direct number, you may have to leave a message, but I do check my messages regularly.
