    I placed a phone call to there establishment back in April to  inquiry about the debt on my credit report. I requested original contact because i do not believe i am not liable for the debt .

    In November of 2022, our office received a dispute, filed by the consumer, through the credit bureau.  The consumer indicated he was involved in a car accident and it was the insurance company's responsibility.  At that time, our office confirmed the balance was correct and still outstanding.  Additionally, our office updated the consumers credit report to reflect the consumer's dispute.  Along with receiving the current dispute through Better Business Bureau, we also received another dispute, filed by the consumer, with the credit bureau on October 30th, 2023.  On November 8, 2023, our office sent the consumer a copy of the statement and the signed consent.  The balance remains outstanding.

    This is a medical collections that's being reported illegally. This is violating my privacy and hipa law. Please remove from the credit report or you are opening yourself up to  litigation.

    On September 14th, 2023, our office received a dispute from the consumer by way of the credit bureau.  On the same day, our office verified the balances are patient responsibility and mailed the statements and signed consent forms to the consumer.  In addition, the accounts were updated with the credit bureau as disputed.  The open balances are unpaid deductible/coinsurance after the consumers ****************** made payment.

    The consumer has previously received written notifications from our office and has had verbal conversations with our staff confirming the outstanding balances.  After receiving the consumers complaint through your office, we forwarded copies of the contract and payment ledgers to the consumer.  This is considered a medical balance so once the accounts are paid in full they will be removed from the credit report.
