    In the beginning of May 2024 the Kairos Emergy Group LLC installed solar panels on our roof that we have not been able to use as of this date August 21st 2024. The representative of Kairos group cliams that they provided the required information to **** our utilty company back in May and that is not their fault that we have not been able to use the solar panels but the claim it is our utility company ****'s fault. Meanwhile **** the utility company's representatives have claimed on numerous occasions that the Kairos energy representatives have not provided the necessary information for us to be able to use the solar panels. Also **** has stated that our Kairos energy representative doesnt respond promptly to messages from ****. Also there are times we have diffuculties geting a hold of our solar representative.

    Hi BBB,

    I see you wanted more details. I was trying to find Power home remodeling to file a complaint about them, but all I could find was Panther home services which is a mistake.

     

    We want to make a complaint towards Power Home remodeling. We paid more money to them because they told us they have better customer service than there competitors. Since we got their windows we had the window installers forget to put a screen in, 2 of the windows they installed do not lock and they pulled out the siding and 2 of the windows stick. We told them about these issues in June of 2024. They told us all they could do is send someone out December 12th. 2024.

     

    We do not feel like this compensation for the problem at hand. We want a discount on our bill and an appology for our inconvenience.

      We are emailing you to reopen our complaint about Kairos energy group LLC After we took down our complaint in September Kairos told us if we email our electric bills from March to September we would be compensated 85 percent of our electric bills. He said he would first mail us a check . We got nothing. Then he said he'd wire us the compensation and we still have not be reimbursed. We just want to reimbursed through March to September as we were promised.

    The compensation in question was paid to ****** ****** on 12/9/24 for an amount of $1,044.28. We were waiting for approval from ******** as they went bankrupt. We let them know this and we tried expecting the payment much as possible.
