      Called about ordering a couple of windows and spoke to Chasity. At first very nice, said she would ask management if they would consider just shipping me two. Texted me later and said it would be fine and for me to call her tomorrow, Friday, to pay and give shipping info. I was out of town the next day so I texted her on Sunday asking if we could take care of everything first thing Monday morning. No reply, so midday Monday I called, she was in a meeting, so I left a message letting her know I was ready when she was free. Again, no reply, so i waited until Wednesday and texted her again asking if we could still move forward and nothing. i called on Friday and asked for her was told to wait a second and then suspiciously was sent to her voicemail. She will not return my calls, so I am done. I understand if she was unable to get the windows for me, but simply communicating that would have been nice. I believe her customer support and just general social skills are very lacking, in my opinion she represents the company poorly and I have flagged their name so I never do business with them on Amazon or anywhere else. Too many other companies that actual value my business...
